Compensation Plan

Nature's Sunshine has designed a generous compensation plan. More than half of each dollar coming into the company is paid back to our Associates and Managers in rebates, commissions and benefits. The plan rewards Associates and Managers in cash rebates, commissions and other benefits, including trips, car allowance, conventions and more.

Retail Profits--Earn up to 60% with a Retail Mark-Up!

As an Associate, you can buy Zambroza for as low as $26.25 per bottle (20 pack)--marking it up to full Retail Price of around $39 gives you a generous profit margin--(not even including the rebates!). When you become Manager, you receive the lowest price of all--an extra 5% off!

Personal Rebates and Group Commissions on Sponsored Members!

Nature's Sunshine provides generous compensation for sharing Zambroza with other people--rewarding you based on the amount of product that they purchase. As your Personal Group Volume (PGV) grows, your rebate on your personal purchases increases, as well as the percentage commission on the people that you sponsor:

Manager Equivalents

Manager Equivalency is a program to benefit those Managers who have large PGV on a monthly basis, but who may be currently excluded from some benefits of the Marketing Plan due to the nature of their organization. When a Manager accumulates a six-month average of 2500 PGV or more above his or her PGV monthly requirement (1000 PGV), he or she earns the equivalent of one first-level Manager. Each Manager Equivalency counts towards achieving rank advancement, business building bonus, and other benefits of the Marketing Plan.
